MayHam Fitness is a fitness program designed to aid you on your fitness journey. It is not a quick fix or lose weight quickly program. It is a healthier lifestyle change that you can follow for many years. The program allows you to set goals and make customized programs to fit your goals and needs.
PERSONAL TRAINING
We offer personal training both in person and online. Our in person training is with Hamilton Archibald, who has been a personal trainer for over 15 years. Training take place in the local gyms and costs are per session. Each session is customised to fit your personal goals.

Online training is through the MayHam fitness app. Through this app you will receive customs workouts and meal plans that fit your fitness goals. You will also have access to a personal trainer that you can communicate through the app or by zoom.

WEIGHT LOSS CHALLENGE
For those of you who like competition and work at an organization that would like to participate we offer an 8 week weight loss competition. This competition no only allows for your to bring your best effort but also learn tips to help you on your weight loss journey. Each week is pack with new information that will help to turn your fitness goals into a fitness journey.

CUSTOMIZED PLANS
MayHam Fitness believes that each person who joins our programs are individuals and with each individual an individual workout plan and meal plan is essential. Each client completes a questionnaire to receive information about fitness goals and needs. Trainers take the results of these questionnaires to develop workout plans and meals. Each of these change every few weeks to allow you to continue to get the fitness results you are looking for.
